The massive hits and grinding strategy of heavy team combat are coming to the coast! War in the West is a premier, officially sanctioned Buhurt International (BI) Classic-Level Event taking place live at the 2nd Annual Ventura County Fairgrounds Oktoberfest. Hosted by the Santa Barbara Soldados and sponsored by Medieval Combat USA (MC USA), this tournament stands out as one of the very few events of the season dedicated entirely to the devastating, high-stakes world of 12v12 massed melees.
Forget stage choreography—this is full-contact martial arts in authentic, 60-pound suits of steel armor. Watch coordinated armies of athletes use raw power, tactical grappling, and heavy weapons to seize control of the list.
